Company phone question

I recently received my company phone and my personal phone is actually older and slower, plus it's stuck in a setting where it thinks I have headphones in all the time so the only way I can actually tt someone rn is with headphones or Bluetooth earbuds, so I had started to change my phone on my T-Mobile account to my work phone and use it full time. Dumb ass idea? I've already copied my Google account and the apps/contacts etc. but not changed the sim yet. phone savvy I'm not. If I'm making a mistake and I should just get a new personal phone, how do I remove my accounts and I guess it's the Google cloud? I'm not interested in having my personal phone monitored. I guess I answered my own question about getting a new phone - yes I need to. Can anyone phone smart guide me on how to erase my information from the work phone. Tyia

Confusion about Spark shoppers...

I've been working at my store as a FE associate since beginning of July. I have been told that we don't help spark bag by almost all of my tls and coach. There are 4 (2 on each end) spark scos which goes to 2 after 10pm and we close the GM side. I'm typically on the belt until 11pm and have been told once after I did help a spark bag as I didn't know better, not to do it anymore in case of an audit request and I wouldn't be able to do it...

Lately ( Especially last weekend), there were more spark people coming to me than ever. As I told them to go to the designated scos, I got screamed at by 2 separate people being called a lazy MFer not wanting to help them. I was kinda nervous that I'd get in trouble because one of the sparks continued to rant on about me to the sco attendant very loudly.

The sco just being back from medical leave went to our coach to get clarification. Coach Said to her in my earshot that I was right in that situation but didn't tt me about it. I've never been yelled at once by a customer, until then. It obviously didn't feel great.

Is assisting spark bag a store by store policy?
