$6k less than last week, but consistency is key!

Sharing this for joint inspiration and chat, I hope these are meaningful contributions to this community. As requested last week, I’ve also included a screenshot of some high scoring trades from a screening service I’m enjoying at the moment. $14k income this week with 2 days left to navigate, hoping for more green today!? Looks like a decent pre-market. My returns are not quite as good as last week but getting there and I’m really pleased that this trend is sustaining YTD so far. Again I appreciate some of these trades remain open and the market can shift against us all. How is everyone else doing this week? Happy trading!

Closing in on my $20k/week goal

Sharing for positive inspiration, to learn and also document some of the bigger trades this week (although I am quite proud of this result too). I realise that many of these trades remain open and of course the market can shift at any point so please take this a point in time view. But this has been my trend throughout 2026, building up to my best week yet and my YTD closed P&L is looking very healthy. Lots of time spent fine tuning my routine and building in industry tools, better risk management + contract qualification. Of course the strength of the market generally this year has really helped also. Hoping that today’s market maintains this trend!

How much capital do you need to harvest premium income?

Since starting to post here I’m getting/seeing a few questions from people new to put selling asking whether it’s worth starting with a smaller account. The attachment is from an analytics platform I use that I thought I’d share as it shows the profile of two very different trades side by side:

FTNT May22 75P — $7,500 capital deployed, $82 premium, 23.3% annualised return.

LRCX May22 245P — $24,500 capital deployed, $250 premium, 21.9% annualised return.

Very different capital requirements, very similar return profiles, as you can see. Both are circa 17 DTE, both are deep OTM (roughly 15% distance from current price). I took several of both of these.

Hopefully useful for anyone new to this. What other questions do you more experienced guys get? And any other thoughts on starting point?

April P&L landed circa $110k, Despite Reddit deleting my screenshot twice (think it’s because I’m new here). Finding that a rigid process and avoiding the rogue trades are key to success and building sustainable results. Kicked off May with circa $11k USD so far. Keeping in the 14-45 range DTE. How was everyone else’s April? Sharing to spark some premium income related discussions…..also if anyone knows how to post the evidence without it getting deleted I’m all ears 🙏🏻🙏🏻
