I've spotted at least a dozen over the last week or so affixed to lightposts, mailboxes, basically anything outside you can tape something to. It is ok to remove this and put it in the garbage where it belongs. Hate speech is not protected speech.

Southeast winnipeg, my home internet keeps going out, then recovering, then going out again. Sometimes every 5 minutes, sometimes every 15. Been happening since yesterday. Can't get through to their technical support at all. Anyone else experiencing issues?
