Looking to find a new roommate to take my spot in a charming and spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with bonus den in a classic Chicago two-flat. I'm moving out of state for work. The apartment is located on a quiet, tree-lined street and has beautiful light and great air flow. Garage parking, in-building laundry, and basement storage is included. The room has a walk-in closet and can fit up to a king size bed. Recently renovated with AC and dishwasher. The apartment is lightly furnished in all common areas, but there is also space to add your own furnishings if you're bringing those with you. If needed, the room can come furnished. The apartment comes with a shared backyard and garden space which isn't being used by any of the current tenants, so it'd be all yours. Small dogs and cats are ok with an extra fee.

Jamie, your roommate, is a middle-aged guy who is very friendly, a great cook, responsible, and respectful. He usually works into the night. Enjoy the convenience of being just steps from Six Corners shopping and dining, including Target, Jewel, Aldi, Marshalls, and PetSmart. Located steps from Kilbourn Park, 2 blocks to CTA buses (Addison and Milwaukee routes) and Metra, and easy access (5mi/8min bike ride) L trains. No security deposit. $225 one time move-in fee.
