2024 graduate at a US MD program. Completed a PGY1 prelim year in medicine, did not desire to reapply at the time (it felt like a difficult transition, new EMR, new city, very sick patients on my early rotations, definitely felt overwhelmed and the thought of reapplying at the time seemed daunting). Now I'm wanting to complete a residency in internal medicine or family medicine with goal of doing fellowship in palliative care. No training issues, was never on a personal improvement plan, no step failures, no misdemeanors, have a I have a full unrestricted medical license in two states. How do I go about getting a copy of my MSPE/deans letter? have my school's registar just starting sending it out to program coordinators to any programs I know have a PGY2 spot open that I'd like to complete training at? Are screen shots of Step 1, 2, & 3 score reports okay?
