[USA]Company backed out of my counteroffer — what should I do?

About a month after joining my construction company in USA, I received two other job offers and was planning to leave. My current employer counter-offered me a company car, which influenced my decision to stay and decline those offers.
The car was initially delayed because I was waiting for my driver’s license renewal. Now, two months later, they’re saying they’ve changed their policy and will not provide me with either a company car or a car allowance.
I feel completely misled because I made a major career decision based on what they offered me to stay.
How should I handle this? Is it reasonable to push back and ask them to honor the original agreement?
