I currently worked for a bank, and I am currently in a ongoing TS clearance process. My current employer is firing me due to my investigator contacting them.

Is this normal? Is this legal?

I am back.

I hold a TS DOD clearance. Does that help in any way in terms of getting hired to the IRS? Basically does it make you more competitive?
