For my practical girlies who need to stay warm, what are we wearing this weekend? The weather has been giving me whiplash! I always run cold so I want to stay warm but I’m having a hard time deciding on my layers??? I’m thinking jeans, sneakers, and over sized hoodie for Saturday. Also, have a poncho 😂😂

I’ve been at this job for a little over a year and I am the only esthetician working at the moment. My boss is building a practice and once that’s completed I’ll go full time with her and help her hire more estheticians. I operate daily on my own and will be leading a future team by training, etc. with this being said, how much should I be making on commission, hourly, and retail commission? My boss has also mentioned that we will not be accepting tips in the future. Is that normal in a dermatology/med spa office? I have seen so many different things online and I just need to know what I should be advocating for myself and want to be prepared when I do so.. thank you Esti’s!
