Insulin 2 Hour Results
Hi everyone!
OBGYN is pretty confident that I have PCOS. They ordered more blood tests and here are the results:
Insulin 1 fast : 5.5
Insulin 2: 36.4 (one hour)
Insulin 3: 54.0
Shouldn’t it be trending downward?

Hi everyone!
I need some advice. I am approaching 1.5 years at my first PT job since graduating. I work at an outpatient ortho clinic that was taken over by a bigger company when I first started. Since then they’ve added 4 more doctors next door and we are currently having people wait 4+ weeks before their evaluation because of how busy we are. I used to see 9-11 patients a day but now we’re double booking and having 30 minute evals to accommodate the urgent post ops from next door. I see about 12 people a day and I’m so burnt out at this point. In addition I’m one of the youngest in my clinic (also single and no kids) and was given additional tasks to do by my manager such as being in charge of staff birthdays, catering for staff meeting lunches, staff meeting bonding activities, etc. I find myself having anxiety to go back to work tomorrow and I feel very irritable in the clinic and have to work extra hard to mask it for patients and coworkers. The pay and benefits are good but I don’t think this is sustainable. Advice on what to do? Has anyone else felt this way?
