As title says , I’m depressed !
Recently promoted, I have been trying to leave my team since last year . I can’t start counting the amount of catch ups I have had with individuals for nothing at the end . I’m not sure why internal mobility is so hard but I am sad every day I come in.
What am I doing wrong here?
