I wish pvc/pac would go AWAY

Has anyone ever been relaxing quietly on the sofa or laying in bed, then boom, a PVC/PAC hits out of nowhere? I really dislike being caught off guard by them.

Live recording heart monitor anxiety 😥

Does anyone feel less anxiety knowing their heart monitor is recording in real time? Or do you find them anxiety provoking because you never know when they may call you with news if they see something?

Any tips? Been had allllllll the work up and seen many different heart specialist.
Normal testing. I’m also in therapy because this crap can mess with me mentally. No caffeine, non drinker, non smoker.
However, I’m human and still have random bad days.

What I wish people/Doctors understood

Some of us are no longer scared of PVCs/PACs being dangerous. It’s the sudden strong sensation in the chest that catches your breath and throws you off. People say “ignore them and move on,” but that’s easier said than done when they hit hard.

It’s like hiccups. Most people know hiccups are harmless, but when they become strong and constant, people still try to stop them because they’re uncomfortable. Once they pass, there’s relief.

That’s how some of us feel about PVCs/PACs. It’s not always fear, sometimes it’s the sensation itself.
