Anaesthetists self rostering experiences wanted!
Hey!
Has anyone worked in an anaesthetics department where they self roster? If so, which rota programme did you use? Any experience with CLW Rota for self rostering? Would be really grateful for all opinions/experiences re this including overall opinion of good bad vs fixed rota.
