Positive signs (hopefully)

25 days into FHA recovery, cutting back exercise but certainly not cutting back food. Been eating like a lot of food, 2.6k to 3k calories daily. Definitely not all in tho been going gym once a week with 3 days of soccer, but just noticed increased libido and EWCM! Is this showing my eating and my cut back of cardio is working?

The timeline of recovery

Hi girlies,
I know everybody is completely unique based on there bodies, exercise and food intake but can somebody summarise a quick timeline of what recovery can look like.
I’m around 3 weeks in after loosing my period for 1.5 years, should I be noticing any changes so far?

Is this even possible?

Hey girls, for context I’m 16 years old 5,2 131 lbs.
I’ve lost my period for around 18 months, I’ve always been pretty active, I’ve only been on recovery for 3 weeks now eating around 2.7k-3k+ calories everyday.
However, I play soccer which requires me to train 2 days a week and a match once a week, and sometimes I go to the gym doing very light weightlifting.
I go to school meaning I usually hit around 10k-13k steps daily maybe 16-18k on soccer days.
Is this even gonna work, I really can’t give up soccer. I just don’t wanna be stuck gaining weight. Starting weight was around 122lbs my lowest weight was around 118lbs and the weight I had my period was around 136lbs, I’m already on the higher end of what my weight should be and I am hating my body but oh well!

Extreme fatigue

I’m gonna admit I’m definitely not going all in, and I have to keep soccer training and matches since I’m academy level.. But sometimes I try to do light weightlifting in the gym, although whenever I attempt to do any light weights I get soo exhausted, like I’m about to fall asleep.
Only in the gym and never whenever I’m training for soccer. Is this normal??

I've only been on recovery for about 2 weeks now, but I haven't felt any extreme hunger is that normal? However I have been eating around 3k calories everyday, so maybe I'm just eating right…
Whenever I lost my period I never felt any symptoms of FHA like coldness, poor recovery, workouts feeling hard, like absolutely nothing. Did my body just end up adjusting really quickly? I haven't had a period in almost 1 year and half.

What way do you bolus when eating something like rice cake and peanut butter, or banana and pb etc
Whenever I pre bolus for things like this I end up going high after the insulin has already worked, should I start bolusing after?

Hi everyone! I’ve lost my period now since November 2024, I’m 16 years old 5’2” and I’m 127 pounds (57kg). Around that time I lost I it, I cut my calories to around 1200 cals to attempt to loose weight which I did and lost around 14 pounds. However now I’ve been eating at maintenance and eating whatever I’ve burned, I’m extremely active. I play soccer around 3 times a week, lift weights and run, so I have 1 full rest day…
However what was weird for me, doctors sent me for blood tests, testing prolactin, oestrogen, thyroid as well as oestrodial (I’m not sure if there the same thing) and every thing was within normal range, doctors said there sending me for a scan but it’s been 4 weeks and nothing from them. I also don’t show any signs of pcos or anything.
Do I completely need to stop exercising?
