Help- I’m so nauseous- 1st dose 50mg

Hi guys I had my first dose of naltrexone over 36 hours ago (50mg) and I’m so severely nauseous and cold sweats still. What can I do?! I feel like this dose was way too high and I’m not going to take it anymore. My last drink was 4 days ago and I wasn’t in any withdrawals. I started naltrexone more as a precaution… and I sure regret it!!

Trouble sleeping on a calorie deficit/sugar withdrawal. (31yoF, 145lb, 5’2). Help :/

Hi guys! So I just started a fasting program (Mindy Pelz - Fast like a girl). Today will be day 4 of 17 hr fasts (it tapers down starting tmrw). My sleep has been TERRIBLE! I am having trouble getting to sleep & then waking up at 4am unable to go back to sleep. I’ve averaged 4-5 hours of sleep each night & my normal is like 8-10 hours! I’m a person that needs at least 7 hours to feel normal. I also have a huge sugar addiction (like a pint of ice cream 2-3x a week prior to starting this regimen), so I’m wondering if sugar withdrawal has something to do with it? I will also add I’ve probably only had 1200 calories a day, which I know is low but also kinda normal for me to do some days, even before this fast/diet. I even take 50mg trazadone for sleep (I just got prescribed so it’s not like I’ve built a tolerance to it yet) which usually knocks me out, and it hasn’t been working for the last 3 nights. On top of that- I’m getting a headache around 3-4pm each day. I really want to lose weight. My normal weight is 120 and I’ve gained 25 pounds in the last year (I’m sitting around 145 and I’m 5’2). Ugh I just can’t keep doing this if I’m going to be sleep deprived. There’s also no other stressors going on in my life. Can anyone offer advice? Thank you for the rant lol
