I need someone who can help me review the storyline and plot of the book I am writing and also like help me with reviewing the chapters. My frnd is more of a murder mystery type of person and the genre I am writing is more a dark romance... So for the past 3 4 days I am trying to write the next chapter for the book but instead of writing it I am just sitting there staring at my screen and thinking about the other phase of my book the most interesting ones how it will open what things are gonna happen in there and then I just end procrastinating the chapter for other hour and that turns into day. Yesterday I sat down to write and just stared at the screen for a whole of 5 minutes and then ended up doing nthg ( I had to prepare for exam I didn't do that either) so how do yall deal with this?

I have tried everything. Promoting on insta yt reddit but still there are no reads on my book. Ik yall will say you should keep updating but the thing is this becomes so disheartening that not one vote on the previously updated chapter not one genuine reader. I thought about it that maybe I should tell my plot to a writer with more reach and she can write them maybe or I should just stop altogether because I have no motivation. What is the best thing?

It's not that I am writing to get the fame praises omg she is such a good writer or smthg. No. Not at all. I am writing bcs this whole story is smthg that gave me a rush of adrenaline just thinking about it and I want people to experience it too. Am a reader too and Ik what seeing a familiar tropes and yet so different story does to you and with the thing am writing I felt like people should read it bcs of what's going on wattpad in recent years might I add. MY PURPOSE IS TO GIVE PEOPLE THE EXPERIENCE AND THAT WOULD BE AN ACHIEVEMENT ENOUGH FOR ME. IF I WANTED TO WRITE FOR FAME I WOULD'VE TRIED EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN AND JOINED HANDS WITH A KNOWN WRITER INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY TAKING EFFORTS. ITS JUST THAT IT GETS DISAPPOINTING SMTIMES THATS IT... Dont get me wrong please I just wanted to share my worries and get some genuine suggestions
