it’s another r/trueanon sports post.

much has already been said about the over saturation of advertisements (especially for crypto, betting and AI) on US sports broadcasts. but an underrated component of what makes our broadcasts so bad is how our announcers simply WILL NOT SHUT THE FUCK UP! My brother and I are watching a totally legal stream of the BBC world cup broadcast. Their announcers know their place - just letting the game breathe and calling out names when necessary. I have found yet another reason to loathe my stupid ass country.
