I started getting these spots over a year ago when I started using Cetaphil, I discontinued use of this about 8 months ago. New ones appear within a day and they can easily be scratched off. I’ve tried Acnecide benzoyl peroxide cream which cleared it for a few months then it came back. I’ve used Nizoral wash which irritated my skin, so then I started using the Nizoral 2% cream but I still get these spots. My skincare routine consists of fungal safe products, I’m genuinely loosing hope now as nothing seems to get rid of it fully. Please if anyone has any advice on what this could be and what I can do to fix?
