Downtown Phoenix Jobs/Companies

Hello!

I live in downtown PHX and have been looking for some companies and different job postings to apply for. I live in the area and would like to work here as well. I've found it to be difficult to locate what companies are hiring here. The job postings are very limited and unfortunately I've been ghosted by several, not even a yes or no haha. I've tried looking companies up directly as well to navigate their careers page or contact their hiring managers, but its difficult to find them in the area. I would appreciate any job postings or even commenting what companies are in the area that I may have missed. I have 4 years total of office experience in front desk, administrative roles, customer service, and business operations. 2 of those years are in the legal field, I'd be open to continuing working in law, business, or administrative roles.

Companies I've found in Downtown: Gust Rosenfeld, Snell & Willmer, Womble Bond Dickinson, Upgrade

Left Knee and Hip Pain - 22f

Hello all! If anyone is awake some assistance or remedies would be greatly appreciated. I’m a 22f, I’ve had knee pain pretty much my entire life but it’s mainly been associated to seasonal/cold temperatures. The past 1-2 years it’s become a constant issue where it’s no longer associated with cold weather. The past few months it’s become a daily pain in my left knee. At first I began to feel it intensely during my workout. I’ve worked out my entire life without it being an issue. I’ve taken a break from my light weight lifting and just stuck to light cardio the past 1-2 months.

I recently started a new job as a hostess where I’m constantly standing/ intermediate walking for about 6hours. I’m not sure if it my restaurant shoes that are causing this pain or if it’s a medical issue. I’m feeling hip pain on both sides. It’s a mixture of soreness and tightness. It’s more so an uncomfortable feeling that exhausts me making me feel restless. I’ve never really had my hips hurt.
I’ve been able to practice some hips stretches that have managed the pain. I still feel the tension after every shift but stretching soothes it.

However my knee pain has become worse. It’s to the point where I’m limping from how much it hurts. I feel it from my left knee down to my shin and a touch of my thigh/foot. I can walk but it’s uncomfortable. The real pain is when I try to bend my knee. I almost get stuck and have to grab onto something to straighten my knee. I’ve been resorting to icy hot, tigers palm, knee compresor but it only soothes it momentarily.

I also have some lower back pain that also comes and goes from being hit by car a few years ago. It’s hurt less over the past year, but today is day that I fee it flaring up. I’m not sure if that ties in with the knee and hip pain.

It’s 2:30am I’m lying here in discomfort unable to sleep. I’m trying to figure out my health insurance to seek professional medical attention but it will be a few months since I’m starting my full time job with benefits. Is there any advice, remedies, or diagnosis anyone can recommend??
