Guide me, i am totally confused.

I am totally confused about my life and career, i am 29, i am not yet settled, i am the kind of person who wants to do everything but is unable to do even a single thing. Also help me with the marriage aspect. I don't have the will to get married, what's the probability? I don't think that it will be arranged cuz I am already out of that phase.

Does anyone work at Transcom?

I work here, it is one of the worst org, they will do whatever they want, during induction they told me that they don't have sandwich policy but now when I want to use my comp off with week off they denied it saying that we cannot use compoff with PL or with week off, either it has to be complete PL or it will turn in leave without pay. They basically treat people like slaves. Now i know why the process gets ramp down here. All these things are affecting my mental health.
