I had a very unpleasant encounter with this individual this morning at the Lougheed Mall parkade. Shortly after dropping my wife off the SkyTrain station, he started taking videos and pictures of me and my car and started talking a lot nonsense. I tried to leave and he prevented me from driving away from the lot after I questioned his intentions, and I ended up getting one of the cleaners to call security and he was flagged down.

Does anyone recognize this individual?
