Constantly cramming before exams

Does anyone have advice for balancing multiple classes and splitting up study time? I just finished my first semester of PA school and did okay, but I still don’t feel like I found a consistent study routine. I studied differently for almost every exam and usually ended up cramming the 3 days before.

My main method was reviewing lectures/notes 2–3 times, doing a ton of practice questions, and teaching/talking through the material out loud. I also used Anki for some classes, but wasn’t very consistent with it. I definitely want to use it more next semester. I tried making a study schedule to divide my time between classes, but it didn’t really work for me. For anyone who found a good routine, how did you organize your time and stay ahead without cramming? Did you use any specific apps, planners, or scheduling methods that helped?
I’d really appreciate any tips or examples of what worked for you! :)

drama cohort

Does anyone have any advice on how to not get affected by cohort drama. Somehow two weeks ago I got sucked into and lost a friendship from it. This person is creating false narratives that I say about others and make it seem like I am talking shit These people also sit near me and I have been extremely anxious thinking about seeing them. I’m trying to tell myself this is only temporary but idk how to get this anxiety out. Any tips or advice would be really appreciated. Thank you

Second dread shed?

Hi everyone. I’ve been really stressed and worried, so I wanted to see if anyone has gone through something similar.
I’ve been dealing with hair loss for the past several months and started treatment with:

Spironolactone 100 mg (been on it for 8 months — started at 50 mg for the first 4 months, then increased to 100 mg)
Finasteride 2.5 mg (3 months)
Topical 5% minoxidil every night
Ketoconazole shampoo

The medications seemed to be helping at first. My shedding definitely decreased, and I felt like things were improving. But over the past month, I’ve suddenly started losing a ton of hair again.
Every time I brush my hair, so many strands come out. Even if I just run my fingers through it, I end up with several hairs in my hand. It feels like the shedding has ramped up out of nowhere.
Has anyone experienced this after initially improving? Could this be a second dread shed, or is there another reason this might happen? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences because I’m feeling pretty discouraged right now.

Feeling discouraged

Hi everyone. I’ve been feeling really discouraged about my hair loss and could really use some advice.
I feel like I’m doing everything I can, yet I don’t see any improvement. I also had blood work done recently, and everything came back pretty much normal

Right now I’m using:
Spironolactone 100 mg (8 months) started with 50mg 4 months in then changed to 100mg
Finasteride 2.5 mg (3 months)
Topical minoxidil 5% every night
Ketoconazole shampoo
Red light cap

I feel like almost everyone I see that are taking the same meds as me has so much progress but for me it’s still the same. I stopped shedding but now I’m shedding again which is making me so sad. I also have a lot of hair breakage, and my scalp gets really itchy sometimes like I feel my hair follicles getting itchy it’s weird. If anyone has recommendations for clean shampoos/conditioners that helped with breakage or scalp irritation, I’d love to hear them.

At this point I’m not sure what else to try. I’m debating asking about oral minoxidil, trying tretinoin before applying topical minoxidil, or adding something like prenatal vitamins or pumpkin seed oil. Has anyone had success with any of these?
Any tips, routines, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
