I lost my soil recipes!! Anyone have any good ones for my babies?

So I got a friend that has warrant out of Florida for unpaid fees and community service hours. Would they arrest him if he flies there as soon as he gets off the plane? And how can he take care of it without turning himself in?

Does turning on my 400w hps to help a 600w mh during veg help or am I just wasting money? I’m just thinking more light the better.
