This is an FBI program - JTTF for sure maybe broader than that, they hire and blackmail informants. Purpose is humiliation, fear, confusion and influence.

Follows programs like COINTELPRO, Stargate, MK Ultra.

I think these voices are either intrusive thoughts or thought projection from people nearby, if it’s organized harassment in USA it’s the FBI directing this.

A lot of people think this is DEW and the people I see posting stuff on it obv don’t have a tech background.

I think they target vulnerable people, people around crime, and people who post anti-war or anti-Israel stuff online.

They can use different tricks in their quest to become psychics like misdirection, trying to make you feel pain, see visions. I call all this stuff witching and in words of my barber, “that voice is annoying”

I first noticed this type of stuff around 2013 after posting stuff on twitter about the war in Syria. Had 3 main bouts of it where it was every day all day.

I did Privacy Act requests to FBI and local LE. It takes time but they have to give you your records.

In my city I read about a guy who shot up a Korean woman in a Tesla in 2023, in the news recently he was just sent to the psych ward because he was hearing voices all day and night and thought it was a paid hit.

My theory is they target people for two reasons, either they are vulnerable and easily manipulated, or they posted something online about anti-war, anti-Israel, covid conspiracies something like that. Maybe being near crime and informants could make you a target too.

What do you think is the reason you guys were targeted?

Your thoughts are different based on your emotional state. If you stabilize your emotions it’s much easier to quiet your mind. With a quiet mind it’s much easier to tell what this V2K stuff is and where it’s coming from.

I get some weird stuff in my subvocalization from fbi followers, like “we use signal” and we had to do some weird stuff I can’t say or post will be removed to get let in. These guys are blackmailed and paid.

There’s lots of things you can do to quiet your mind like get a massage, mindfulness, breath work, reflection meditation, but I think most important as a man is coming up with goals or a mission and just work instead of think. Then you’re just following a plan and reacting and trying to correct instead of ruminating or having all these anxious thoughts

If you’re being gang stalked, no one has time to gang stalk you except people who do this for work. Everyone has to pay bills, work to get money for the most part. No one has time to follow you around or organize some conspiracy against you with family, bills, their own life.

If you really are being gang stalked in USA it’s the FBI. Why they are doing this is any one’s guess but from what I’ve read about everyone’s experience it seems they are basically trying to trigger you, deceive you, guide you, and humiliate you. For entertainment? For research? For a mission? Who knows?

But if you are getting gang stalked, it’s not a church, it’s not random people, it’s not billionaires who spend all their day at their business, it’s professionals who spend all their day in an FBI office managing operations just like this. How would the cops or FBI know about any crimes unless they had informants? That’s exactly how this works. Guess what? They pay people to mess with you hella money and probably blackmail them with child predator shit or gay shit something like that and make them sign a form just like an informant and if they break the rules they can go to jail.

Just don’t get yourself in trouble. And if you are really hearing voices you can just get SSDI and move to a cheap country like Vietnam where these fools can get their own headache

Look if you are in USA and think you are getting gang stalked and hearing “V2K” it isn’t DEW, maybe you heard there were USA spies in Havana Cuba and Hanoi Vietnam who complained about DEW and their symptoms are different. What you’re hearing is probably neighbors, random people - paid to follow you and harass you by the FBI, usually these are called confidential informants.

Of course their targeting package is personalized, I hear stuff from my gang stalkers you guys probably don’t, some of the stuff you guys post sounds insane. My themes are mostly sexual, racial, and terrorism related, also very personalized to me sometimes talking about my family or songs I listen to.

V2K is just mind to mind communication - telepathy, subvocalization, just stressed thought projection, or misplaced emotions, witching.

Why you are a TI who knows? Maybe they are training AI on subvocalization, maybe they are getting their technique down to create an assassin, maybe they just get a hard on off torturing people in the FBI.

I have experienced FBI harassment for almost 20 years. Probably because I said something in twitter long ago about it being disrespectful to Americans to support Al Qaeda in Syria. My experience with gang stalking has evolved over time.

I experienced subvocalization from my family first, so when I heard it from strangers, I immediately assumed the “cops” were terrorists and weirdos.

I don’t have any experience with Direct Energy Weapons, but some things people say about V2K and them responding to their thoughts sounds similar to my situation.

I think when i am afraid or annoyed I put my energy or thoughts out, and people who are watching can then exploit this fear or annoyance to “read” my thoughts.

For my situation I’m leaning towards this being the Joint Terrorism Task Force at the FBI.

I had 3 main periods of gang stalking, it had stopped for about 9 months and now it has come back in the last few weeks, people follow me in traffic, wake me up from sleep multiple times a night, it has been 24/7 people using subvocalization or mind to mind communication. Sometimes it isn’t easy to tell where these people are. In my situation it seems pretty low tech and they use CIs to follow me around and try to annoy me or humiliate me.

One thing that has helped me is humor, I’ve found when people watch me they are also vulnerable to being told what to do by me. A couple signals I got during this experience were “leaker” and receiving”, since these people want to receive from me I found I can make them pee their pants, which I find pretty funny. Also making them say stupid stuff like “it’s pizza time”.

If you guys can make your Gang Stalkers say “it’s pizza time” or “hijack” their receiving self and make them poop their pants, you might get a laugh, but doubt they will stop following you. You can lookup the JTTF and NJTTF at FBI and use AI to create a Privacy Act request for yourself on their eFOIA portal to get your records if you were subject to an FBI investigation. David Goldkopf is the director of the NJTTF, you could subvocalize this name to your gang stalkers and see if you get a response.
