Companies and landowners in RTP unanimously agreed to a radical shift in how RTP operates. The main thing is that they are shifting away from individual companies/campuses to a larger focus on retail, mixed residential/operational, bus and rail routes, and other things. The prototype seems to be the HUB rtp, which I think is the area between Boxyard and Drift coffee/Jetset Pilates. They want RTP to feel more like that but throughout the entire city.
