Does anyone know if you apply for a higher dose with myBMI but they come back and want to keep you on the same dose and you agree do they automatically refund you the difference in the consultation cost?

I know there was a post on this a few months ago with someone saying it will come back but I'm going through it for the last few months and just looking for some words of support.

I'm on MJ since the end of January, I have lost over 21kg and I'm over half way to my goal weight . I have fine hair to begin with and I had just got a cut that I was really happy with in March but it's quite layered so the longest layer was just about ok thickness-wise then. I think the hair loss really started for me then around May. After washing it I would have a big ball in my hand and it's been continuing like that since early May. My ponytail is gone so thin now and the longest layer of my hair is hardly there anymore. I was taking vitamins anyway but started taking a heap of B vitamins around the start of June.

I had bloods done just last week and they all came back great. I have doubled my ferritin level and my B vitamins have increased loads since last August and lowered the bad cholesterol too so all is fine but obviously it's just the rapid weight loss and my nutrition being a bit off since I had a bad dose of the other bad side effects a few months ago.

I'm just looking for any other stories from people that have been through it. Everything I've read says it will come back so I do know that but it's just a concern for me at the moment as I suppose I was looking forward to being slimmer and having big sexy hair 😂 this summer.

All words of reassurance appreciated! I'm so thankful to this sub. The advice and support has been amazing this year. I'd never have done it without you all.

Anyone else noticed the service is much slower since they have introduced this new delivery method.

I have always confirmed my order and pretty much had the delivery the next day. I try to time it for my work from home days so that I'm here for it. This time I paid everything Sunday night presuming it would be ready and picked up Monday to be delivered to me today. But since Sunday all my DPD tracking says we have been told that your epharm parcel will be dispatched shortly?

Last month it was delayed too but I put that down to the protests at the time.
