Missing redemption

12 days ago I made a redemption for $4250 on mcluck, it was in process for 11 days.
I contact support on when my funds could be arriving and they told me it had been processed by their payment method. few days pass nothing in my account. I than receive an email saying the payment processor couldn’t process my redemption to my account for me to retry redeeming well my 4259 is not in the account, live chat doesn’t have a clue on what’s going on and support not answering my emails. Unbelievable. What do I do now?

Redemption stuck in process

Recommended my friend to sign up to card crush told em their legit and should have no worries of depositing, well it’s been 11 days since he’s put in a redemption and it’s just stuck on pending. Now I feel like shit. Is anyone experiencing this ?

Redemption stuck in process

Made 2 redemptions on Sunday both got approved Monday morning, few hours later my redemption for $800 comes in but my redemption for $4959 does NOT. I contact support their saying it can be a bank issue to contact them and so I do even though I know it’s not! as I’ve dealt with this same issue twice with hello millions & spinblitz where my redemptions would be stuck in process and would only be paid when I hop on reddit and someone here helps me so here I am.
