First she is being upset and debating pouring sprite or apple juice on herself.
And towards the end of the clip, responding to a comment “didn’t ur mom say u can go home if u just go to rehab?” by saying she’s not an addict, and “fuck them.”

Saying family won’t help her, so she has to start her life new with no family. Please see next post for irony.
