About to launch Hermes Agent on a VPS

Hey everyone, I’m setting up a Hostinger VPS plan to run my Hermes Agent and I’m at the checkout stage.

The plan is to have an always on agent handling workflows, automation, maybe some dev tasks. If it works the way I think it does this is going to change how I work completely.

One thing I’m stuck on before I hit continue - they’re pushing a daily auto backup add on for 6$/mo.

For context I’m planning to run live agent tasks on this thing. If something corrupts mid run or the config gets wiped I’d probably want to restore fast. But is it actually necessary or just a nice upsell?

Anyone running agents or automations on VPS - do you bother with backups or just rebuild from scratch when something breaks?

Just rebranded my VA business and finally have zero excuses left to not have a website, so here we are.

I need something dead simple - services page, about me, contact form, maybe a landing page down the line, nothing complicated.

My main thing is I want domain and hosting handed in one place.

Budget wise I’m not trying to overspend on something this basic, so looking for something reasonably priced for what it is (but obviously I want it to look good).

I keep seeing Wix come up, is it actually worth?

Would love to hear from other freelancers especially - what are you actually using day to day for a simple site?
