

optimal stack?
18 yrs male and I started lifting a year ago. I'm wondering if my current supplementation stack is optimal enough for my needed muscle growth and fat loss and if there is anything else I should add to my supplements or get rid of please let me know. note- I do take d3 to prevent deficiency because I work 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
