For arena on a strength build

What are some of the best strength weapons for one on one play? I know obviously kgs, guts, zwei, sword lance, HalAxe, lance, star fists, all of the meta options. I mean things like red bears claw or ringed finger (with enlargement glitch) that are less common but still good. I have been pvping for a while but only with dexterity. Also - How do yall organize your inventories? Do you just have to put everything in the chest and then take it out again but in the order you want and then sort it by recently acquired? That seems like too much work.
