How do I get this out without have to completely sand and refinish the floors.
My tenants just moved out and long story short they had 2 cats that peed everywhere and it soaked into the floor. And this is one of their pee spots.
It’s not mold. But it reeks of cat urine and I’m so upset they ruined our beautiful hardwood floors.
