Help with double trigger patch changes

Hello everybody!

We have an issue with our footswitch (yamaha FC5) occasionally double triggering the patch change.

I tried to find stuff before hand, but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.

Is there a setting that would prevent patch changes for a couple ms after the previous command?

I did find a trick to put the trigger on absolute, and only have it react on 127. So if it bounces to any other value, it would be ignored.

I also found a trick to put the max value on 64 on the keyboard itself (iirc it's a Roland, can't tell you the exact model atm) and then have the keyboard recognize it as a sustain pedal, so it would effectively become a binary switch.

We don't have much time to experiment, so I'm asking for other things to try as well so we can get right to it.

Thanks in advance!

Looking for fixture file

Hello everybody!

My band just bought some cheap knock off lights. (they say atomic led strobe on them, but are not atomics at all)

I'm now looking for a fixture file from an existing fixture that might work on them, or would require minimal adjustments to make them work.

Visually, the Chauvet Color Strike M would work, but doubling the amount of RGB channels and removing the tilt.

The largest channel layout on them is, iirc:

1 master dimmer

2 - 145 RGB intensity (4×12 RGB LED matrix)

146 - 153 Strobe strip intensity (8 LED sections in a row)

154 Strobe effect

We're using QLC+ 4 to send the DMX, if that matters.

Is there a fixture that comes to mind that would make sense?

I already tried to make a fixture file from scratch, but that hasn't worked out yet.

Thanks in advance guys

Help with Dyna-Sync

Hello everybody!

I'm having trouble with a Dyna Sync pedal...

To have the replacement parts sent to us, I need to find the serial number.

I did find a sticker on the bottom of the footboard, but that seems to only have four digits on it, which is unusual for a serial number.

Is that the serial number, or is it somehow hidden somewhere?
