The client requirement is to create a saved search where it has to show all the following fields in the results:

Date

PR#

Requester Name

PO#

Item

Item description

Status

Receipt Date

What we did is:

created 2 saved searches as follows

1. PR->PO->IR

But in the second saved search i am having results of saves search 1(obviously) but how can i remove POs created from PR.

Also how can i get exact IR date?

Is it possible to combine both the saved Searches into 1

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with a NetSuite saved search and would appreciate any insights.

I have a saved search based on Purchase Requisitions. In the Results tab, I've added Item : Description, but the output shows "- None -" for every record.

However, when I open the related Purchase Order, the Description column on the item line contains a value.

Here's what I've checked so far:

• The item is a Non-Inventory Item.
• The Purchase Description field on the item record is empty.
• There is no standard Description field populated on the item record.
• Yet the PO line still displays a description.

My questions are:

1. Where is this line-level description coming from?
2. Is it possible that it's being populated by a Workflow or SuiteScript?
3. How can I retrieve the same line-level description in a saved search?
4. Should I be using a different field instead of Item : Description?

Has anyone encountered this before? Any suggestions on how to identify the source of the description or the correct saved search field would be greatly appreciated.

Created transfer orders but unable to see them in transfer order list.
Also if someone else has created the transfer order, that too is not visible in this role.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to change the subsidiary for an existing employee record, but I'm running into an issue.

The Subsidiary field on the employee record is appearing as an inline/non-editable field, so I'm unable to modify it. I already checked the following:

• No active workflows affecting the employee record
• In form customization, the Subsidiary field is set as a normal field type
• Role permissions seem fine

Still, the field remains non-editable for existing employees.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there any standard NetSuite restriction or setting that controls changing the subsidiary on an existing employee record?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
