Requesting to have a cat in a town house
I'm curiuous to know what peoples experiences are with requesting to keep a cat in a town house? I read this (see image) as one of the reasons for a landlord to reject a pet and I feel like this arguement can be made for an indoor cat and I wanted to know if people have experienced that.
For reference I also live in a regional town, idk if that makes a differenc.
