Will you transform severity? Is it acceptable to transform a target variable?

I am not trying to get answers here, I just wanna know whether the extreme cases, unusual scores I obtained from running the code is normal. I believe the dataset is synthetic, yet some scores I obtained are just absurd. Can anyone who has passed this module let me know about their experience?

If I mess with these exercises will they fail my module eventually?
