Point Beach Background

Just found out that I am going to have an interview for the Aux Op job at Point Beach. I was wondering if anyone here had any background on the plant, such as working conditions, how the people are, or anything really that would help me gain a deeper understanding of what working there would entail (other than the normal job duties of an Aux Op).
