Hi everyone! I am thinking about moving to Oviedo and one thing I am a bit worried about is mold and humidity in apartments (though I am not sure how serious this problem is, if at all).

I know Asturias is quite humid, but I am trying to understand how common this problem really is in Oviedo.

For people who live or lived there, did you have problems with mold in your apartment? Is it mostly a problem in older buildings or ground floors, or can it also happen in newer apartments?

Do people normally use dehumidifiers? And if I am looking for an apartment, is there any building age I should prefer or anything specific I should check during the viewing?
