which hand to wear the fitbit air along with analog watch?

i’m right handed and my job requires a lot of right arm movement. before i got the fitbit i used to wear the watch on my left hand during work and on my right during the rest of the day. but now with the fitbit air on my left hand i’m required to either take off the watch entirely or wear both on the left which is awkward.
what would you do. would you switch the fitbit to the dominant hand?

confused with fitbit air iphone health access settings

should i select all 84 topics?
my thinking is that if i share both read and write access google health app then the number of steps will get recorded twice (once from the fitbit and once from apple fitness app) and total steps will show as double the actual steps taken.
am i wrong or am i wrong??
