can you break down the uses and differences between cues, sequences, presets, recipes and macros

GrandMA3 on PC one display (help)

so im used to operating and programming on a command wing/full size. now im that im at home trying to learn, what are some things that would make operating on one display easier? is it my issue with a layout?
