The area has ample space for simple concrete platforms and shelters, and the embankment looks like it would support stairs and ADA elevators. It would be a 600 foot, block and a half walk to Tioga which is similar to the walk between Drexel station (MFL) and 30th Street

They should put a regional rail stop near Tioga

This would creat a transfer between MFL and the Trenton line and help NJ commuters get to Fishtown/Kenington about 30 minutes faster
