Getting this strange issue on ipad while surfing youtube. The comment section, and the channel name disappers after I exit from full screen. I checked if there is any update, but it is up to date. What might be issue?

As an Asian watching it, I get that part about Jacki chan being rac**st or stereotyping. But, Roots is a book on sl*very, so it was about histrory. I just want to understand why it was wrong?
