I always liked how Morning Star ended so happy and looking forward to the good in the coming world. So I put it off and now I've decided to grow up and keep reading...

I have taken a break from reading because my heart is heavy with darrow basically becoming the villain. Him leaving Virginia and the dead Wulfgar.

Out of context and without spoilers preferably (memes welcome) please share what emotional turmoil I'm getting myself into. Did anyone else have to take breaks from these heavy books?
