Hey all, I'm a first year mature aged apprentice just in a bit of a split decision on whether i should make the jump from tier one dry fire (with eba wages, allowances and rdos) to another employer where i get more exposure to proper electrical work.

All the benefits of eba im grateful but I'm worried once im licensed I'll just only be experienced in cable pulling and ewp spotting and wont find proper employment. I understand im just a first year but i also dont want to lose the opportunity to learn resi, commercial and different niches within the trade.

Am I just overthinking this and moving crazy if i leave eba wages and I'll still gain the chance to learn more and staying in dry fire wont affect my future employability?
