Sharing this because I see a lot of people overcomplicating ads lately.

Did a little over $12k in sales today using mostly Meta Ads + TikTok traffic, and honestly the biggest improvements came from simplifying things, not adding more complexity. A few things currently working for me: • TikTok creatives perform best when they feel native/raw Overedited ads usually die fast for me now. • Meta still converts the best once data settles Especially with strong social proof and problem-solution creatives. • Hooks matter more than almost everything else I spend more time testing the first 3 seconds than the rest of the ad. • I stopped touching winning campaigns too much Scaling slower but more stable. • Fast testing > emotional attachment If metrics are weak early, I cut it immediately and move on. Main metrics I watch first: Hook rate CTR CPA Landing page conversion rate Biggest lesson recently: Creative volume is carrying harder than targeting right now. Curious what’s been working best for everyone else lately TikTok or Meta?Sharing this because I see a lot of people overcomplicating ads lately.

One thing I learned after finally doing consistent numbers with dropshipping…

I used to think scaling was about finding “winning products” nonstop. Honestly my biggest problem was that every time ads stopped performing, I’d panic and launch another product instead of fixing the real issue. After wasting a lot of money, I realized most of my problems were actually my creatives and product pages. My store looked way too “dropshipping” without me noticing it. Once I focused more on better creatives, cleaner landing pages and making the ad match the product page properly, things started becoming way more consistent instead of random good days followed by losses. Still learning every day, but that shift honestly changed a lot for me. Curious if anyone else here went through the same cycle before things finally started clicking?

Hey everyone 👋 I launched my 3rd store about 50 days ago and I just crossed $1,175.67 in total sales with 19 orders. Still feels a bit surreal tbh. Here’s the quick breakdown from today’s dashboard: • Total sales: $1,175.67 126% • 19 orders 138% • Conversion rate: 2.86% 79%

I’m not here to brag or sell you anything. I’m just a regular guy who’s been grinding and wanted to share what’s been working so far in case it helps someone else who’s just starting. What actually helped me get these first sales: • Picked a super specific niche instead of going broad (this was probably my best decision) • Spent a lot of time on product research — I tested like 15–20 products before one started converting decently • Focused heavily on ad creative (the ugly ones sometimes performed better than the “pretty” ones, funny enough) • Kept my store super clean and mobile-friendly .I think that helped the conversion • Didn’t chase “winning products” from TikTok trends too hard went with something that has steady demand The journey definitely wasn’t smooth. There were days with $0 and moments I wanted to quit. But seeing that first sale pop up… man, that feeling is addictive. Quick tips I wish I knew earlier:

  1. Don’t overthink your first store — just launch and learn.
  2. Test small on ads ($10–20/day) and kill anything that doesn’t move within 2–3 days.
  3. Reply to every customer message fast even if it’s just “thank you”.
  4. Track your numbers daily. Seeing the graph go up is motivating as hell.
  5. The community here is actually really helpful if you ask genuine questions. I still have a long way to go (this is tiny compared to what some of you are doing), but I’m super grateful for the small wins. If you’re just starting or feeling stuck drop a comment. Happy to answer any questions about my niche, what I’m selling, the tools I’m using, or whatever you’re struggling with. What’s one thing that helped you get your first consistent sales? Would love to hear your stories too 🔥 Let’s keep grinding together!
