Kolkata, we've been going out wrong. I have the receipts.
Every Saturday, our group chat does the same thing.
"Aaj raat kahan?"

We'd finally walk in at 11:45, and the place would already be emptying out. Every. Single. Time.
So I got slightly obsessed. I started tracking every party in Kolkata, every night, and how busy each place actually gets.
Turns out we've had it backwards the whole time.
Kolkata doesn't peak at midnight. It peaks at 10 PM. By the time we "head out", the city is already halfway home.
And this weekend there are 128 parties. Most of us could name maybe five.
