What kind of criminal practices are actually going on in Dubai’s real estate market? You arrange a viewing appointment and then have to call the agent 20 times while you are already standing there waiting, just to get him to actually show up. If you leave after waiting for 30 minutes, you are then lied to and told that he has just arrived and is waiting for you.

Appointments are not kept, run-down properties are being offered at outrageous prices, and conditions that are completely unacceptable to Europeans are presented as if you were in the third world.

Something is seriously wrong with this city’s real estate market

I'm looking to ship my car from Texas to Dubai (or another nearby port in the UAE that is serviced by shipping lines). Can anyone recommend a reliable shipping company? Please do not recommend CFR Classics, as I'm looking for alternative options. Any experiences, pricing information, or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
