Hi everyone,
Today, I received an email stating that my joining will not take place on 4 June due to a BGC documentation issue.
The issue is that on 28 May 2026, both my medical certificate and non-criminal affidavit were rejected. The medical certificate was rejected because I forgot to get the doctor's signature across the photograph, and the non-criminal affidavit was rejected because it had the signature of only one witness.
I visited the hospital again on the same day and got the medical certificate corrected. However, for the non-criminal affidavit, I did not have a second witness available at that time because I was living with my brother in Delhi, and he was the first witness. Since my flight from Delhi to Bangalore was on 29 May, I decided to get the second witness signature from a friend in Bangalore.
I did exactly that. Today, around 11:00 AM, I submitted the updated medical certificate and the corrected affidavit. A few minutes later, I received the email regarding the postponement of my joining.
I have already emailed them explaining the situation, but I have not received any response yet. I am feeling quite stressed because my joining was scheduled for just two days from now.
Can anyone suggest what I should do in this situation? If anyone is working there and can help raise my concern, I would be very grateful.

My exam was held in March, and the interview for the Digital role was scheduled on 3 April. My joining date is 4 June.
During the interview, they asked questions from my resume, and I answered most of them well. I also have 10 months of experience, with a 3.5 LPA package, along with cab facilities and one meal. Still they provide me a Ninja role with a 3.5 LPA package. I honestly did not expect this. I was very confident that I would receive the Digital role.
After receiving the offer letter, I was shocked because I had never expected this outcome. I feel like there is no humanity left in people anymore.
