im on day 16 i jst got them and they keep on doing weird things to the employees, adding them to a wheel and blessing them while also jumbling the abnormatliets to different departments

is this his qiphloth ability and how do i stop this becuase its seriously becoming a problem especially since ive almost ran out of employee who can work on it
