Here's the statement from Keroro Musical.

It says that Mr. Futoshi & Miyajima will be the new composers for Keroro Gunso musical. The reason why because the 1st one named Yu Suzuki was arrested for sexual assault to an actress in her 20s. The song even mv from Yu won't be use anymore & they'll gonna release a new one instead
