I've been trying to figure out this issue for a bout 2 weeks now. Go+ tracks play on any other devices, but refuse to play on my M500. I've tried everything short of just factory resetting the device.
Does anyone have any suggestions I could try before pulling the plug?
I recently (about a week ago) upgraded to Go+ in order to remove ads and get access to new songs, but the songs won't play? I've tried to clear cache on my devices, and reinstalling on android doesn't help. Has anyone had this iassue hefore?
edit: I've narrowed down the issue to my HiBy M500 x Miku device. When trying to play Go+ tracks the playback/track preview will progress along as if it were playing the song, but no audio would play from my device. At this point I don't know if there's an issue with my device or the soundcloud app, since I can still listen to songs not labeled Go+.
I recently bought an M500 x Hatsune Miku DAP and when using the similarly branded IEMs (the ones advertised as a pair with the M500) my mivrophone doesn't work on any app. Is this a known issue? Its really annoying that I can't use the provided voice memo app when I'm plugged in.
